Rent Space at Cornelia Arts Building

Be part of one of Chicago’s oldest artist communities!

New artist studios starting at 100 SF for $435/mo. The largest all-arts studio building on the North Side has been a Chicago arts cornerstone for more than 30 years. Many newly renovated light-filled private studios suites with 15’ ceilings, LED lighting, and 24/7 access are now available. In addition, the building features a state-of-the-art video security system.

The Cornelia Arts Building is a perfect place for your artistic growth and includes more than 40 other friendly and supportive artists who collaborate, including Open Houses that attracts hundreds of visitors.

Please note that studios are for work only and are not living spaces.

    While the Cornelia Arts Building is a facility for a wide range of creative pursuits, we can’t accommodate the following: theatre, music or other performance-based art, anything pertaining to body modifications, such as tattooing, or any other physical services, like exercise classes or massage. Furthermore, our spaces cannot be used for machine-intensive wood or metalworking, and cannot be used for any type of work that requires special ventilation or involves the use of excessively toxic materials.
