Emily Rapport, Painting
I studied painting at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York from 1994 - 1995 and received my BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2005.
I draw subjects from what I see every day - fast food restaurants and El tracks, ordinary people and activities. I take my own photographs and base my compositions on one or more scenes.
I am also a freelance designer/artist at Eat Paint Studio and am currently working on new paintings and design projects.
